Hi, LG: This is not a borderless TV

This is pretty much the silliest thing I’ve seen ever. LG is touting borderless TVs. What does that mean? They’re making the border around he TV black and the front of the TV flat.

LG fails. Why? Because a search on Borderless TV has this CrunchGear article showing up on the top of Google search results.

I'd like to think that Ralph Lauren people were just distracted when they approved this "shopped" job. I mean: really? With all this public discussion around eating and self-images disorders they come up with a mega thin model for an ad? If there's sarcasm in this I can't seem to grasp it.
